Glenn co-founded LAPD in 2000.  He brings enthusiasm, motivation, and knowledge to the team and our clients, shaping the company’s approach and ethos. 

Glenn’s experience is diverse, with expertise in landmark architectural projects, retail concepts and rollouts, galleries and events. Glenn is known for going above and beyond for each client, bringing a fresh approach to lighting, offering architectural insight, and offering the potential for bespoke solutions. Glenn’s approach is always considered and well communicated, delivering stunning lit spaces that are user and client focused.  

Educationally, Glenn studied Industrial Design at the Colchester Institute, which gave him a clear understanding of products used in lighting and architecture. This knowledge allows him to understand the fundamental principles of luminaire design, manufacture, and installation. This knowledge and awareness inform his Product Design capabilities, which he embeds in the choreography of projects.
